Biff's Jack Shack - Shoreditch
Totally vegan fast food place, 'Biff's Jack Shack' in BoxPark Shoreditch sells vegan burgers and snacks out of an up-cycled shipping container, which you can then eat on the long covered benches just outside (there's uncovered seating too for sunny days).
Boxpark Shoreditch is a bit of a maze of shipping containers that are all grouped together on a 2 storey set up give customers loads of food, drink, and hang out space. The design is simple, thoughtful and modern, I love it!
I was served in a way that was pleasant, matter of fact and business like, which is fair enough as they are busy and pretty efficient! The interaction and transaction were fast and they give you buzzers so that you can go off and find seating/have a drink etc.

I had the 'Samuel Hell Jackson Burger', I wanted to add avocado to it but they said they had run out, I'm not sure if this happens regularly or if I was just super unlucky, anyway, although I love avocado, when it came out it was already a huge burger so I didn't really miss it.
As you can see, this is a big, generously stacked burger. The jackfruit patty was delicious, and so crispy on the outside. The BBQ sauce and slaw were generous, and delicious. The thin layer of jalepinos and hot sauce made it super spicy and I was so glad that I went for their meal deal and got a drink!
The burger also stayed together really well which is always good when you only have a fork!
Theres loads of gluten free burger options which is great and I know will be important to a lot of people, the staff were okay, certainly pleasant although not overly friendly. Pricing was pretty standard, I paid £10.50 for the meal deal.
