Staff running the stall that day were friendly, chatty and casual, and the curry was gorgeous, combining so many flavours at once. It had a rich coconut base with just the right amount of spiciness (they ask if you would like chilli sauce on it), and it is poured over rice which soaks up the flavour, then served with veg. This was absolutely incredible food and I can't wait to go back.
